At Homcolorful, we want you and your pet to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we offer a full refund for any reason within 30 days of purchasing date. If more than 30 days, we will no longer return or refund. 

  1. Eligibility: You may be eligible to return an item if:
  • The item is unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
  • You initiate the return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
  • You have proof of purchase, such as an order number or confirmation or receipt.

  1. How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer support team at support@uhomcolorful.com. Provide your order number, the item(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide you with a return authorization, if applicable.

  2. Return Shipping: We can provide a return label if you need it.

  3. Refunds: Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process the refund to the original form of payment. Please allow 3-7 business days for the refund to be processed. 

  4. Non-Returnable Items: For hygiene reasons and the safety of pets, certain items such as pet grooming tools, pet clothing, and personalized products may not be eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival. Please contact our customer support team for further assistance in such cases.

  5. Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. Provide detailed information and any relevant photographs. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by sending a replacement or issuing a refund.
